Your right of withdrawal
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU and French consumer law.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@kvnsbrothers.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your email, to the return address we provide.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned unworn (it may be tried on over underwear), unwashed, in its original condition, with all labels attached. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We refund the full amount paid, including the standard delivery cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the returned item(s) before refunding. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To change a size, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
